Built from a Love for Sport
Foamdude was born from a genuine passion for sport — and especially for handball.
More than ten years ago, professionals within our company began developing a new kind of training tool. The starting point was simple: a love for the game, a desire to support the development of handball, and the ambition to create practical products that could make training better.
That passion led to the creation of Foamdude.
Today, Foamdude has grown beyond its original roots. Our products are used to support training and development in both handball and football, while our approach remains the same: developing practical, safe, and durable training tools based on the real needs of sports, coaches, and players.
Designed for Real Training
At NMC Termonova, we believe that the best training tools are developed with a genuine understanding of the sports they are made for.
Many of the people behind our products have their own sporting backgrounds. Football and handball are both close to us — from competitive experience to lifelong participation and recreational sport.
This connection to sport gives us valuable insight and motivation when developing our products. We understand that training environments, coaching methods, and the needs of players are constantly evolving.
That’s why we want to develop Foamdude together with the sports themselves.
We listen, learn, test ideas, and work closely with people who use our products in real training environments.
Made in Finland
Every Foamdude product is manufactured in Finland, in Inkoo.
Behind the production is a team of approximately 50 professionals, including people who contribute to the manufacturing and development of Foamdude products.
For us, manufacturing is about much more than producing a finished product. Quality, safety, durability, and functionality are at the heart of everything we make.
At NMC Termonova, our manufacturing operations follow recognised quality and environmental management standards, including ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.
We are proud to manufacture Foamdude products locally and to maintain close control over the quality and development of our products.

Foamdudes are designed for repeated use in demanding training environments. Every product is developed with a focus on practical use, safety, durability, and suitability for the sport it is designed for.
Our goal is not simply to create training equipment. Our goal is to create tools that coaches and players genuinely want to use.
Connected to the Sports We Serve
Our relationship with sport goes beyond product development.
We actively support local football and handball activities and work closely with clubs and people involved in the sports. These relationships help us stay connected to the everyday reality of training and give us opportunities to develop our products together with the sporting community. Football and handball are also personally important to many of the people behind Foamdude. Some of our team members still play football recreationally in local leagues today.
For us, sport is not just a market. It is part of who we are.
